Shipping policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

At uSource Parts, orders are fulfilled from two sources: our own warehouse stock and our manufacturer partners. Your order may contain items from either or both sources.

In-stock items (our warehouse): Items in stock at our warehouse ship within 2 business days of order placement.

Manufacturer-stocked items: Items in stock at the manufacturer ship within 7 business days of order placement.

If your order contains items from both sources, you may receive multiple shipments at different times. We'll ship each item as soon as it's ready rather than holding your order until everything is available, unless you request otherwise.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times & Delivery

Processing time (listed above) is separate from transit time. Once an item ships, delivery time depends on the carrier, service level selected at checkout, and your destination. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

Backorders & Delays

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock at either our warehouse or the manufacturer, we'll notify you promptly with an estimated availability date and your options. Manufacturer lead times can occasionally extend beyond the standard 7 business days due to circumstances outside our control; we'll keep you informed if this affects your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
